Pinnacle Realty and Management has looked after our condo finances for over two years and have done a wonderful job. First off, the auditor is happy and has quick turn around time. Secondly, the owners know each month if they are behind in payments, where they are at so there are no surprise bills. Thirdly, the condo board sign cheques so there are no invoices paid that they don't agree with. We are very thankful for their hard work. Lastly, they are located close to the downtown making it easy for owners to drop off cheques or discuss finances in the day in person.

I ordered a hoodie for my boyfriend. It ended up not fitting corretly however by going up a size it will be way to big. I did not receive my hoodies until after the 21 days therefore if I was not satisfied or did not have the correct size I was unable to exchange it. I called and emailed the company several times and did not get a response. The manager was rude in his email and I will not recommend anyone to do business with this company nor will I do business with this company again either. They are now telling me I can exchange it however the hoodie will not fit and nothing else that would be interesting will add up to the dollar amount of the hoodie. Very poor customer service and horrible return/exchange policy especially when they cannot get the product to you prior to the 21 days.
