As a member of Good News Baptist Church in Cedar Rapids, we had a gymnasium that was hard surfaced on all sides and a conversation between two people feet apart was not possible The reflections and echos made the gym unusable except for sports Hargers Acoustics analyzed the room, recommended a solution and just finished installing sound absorbing panels on the side walls and WOW what a difference it made! Just this morning my wife and I went in there, standing feet apart and we easily carried on a conversation with perfect understanding In talking with the man who arranged to bring in Hargers, he said the job came in UNDER their initial estimate, how about that! I would give them an A+

Review: I have been living at this property (Atrium Court on Duckhorn Dr. in Sacramento) for almost a year and we recently got a new property manager. One day I was walking to my front door and I over heard the manager (Sarah) speaking to a maintenance worker. She stated that he was a lazy Mexican and threatened to fire him. I dont know why I walked by at that time because I didn't even know why she was unappy with him but I knew that he had been here a while and that she was discriminating him based off of his race and his work ethic. It was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable where I live.Desired Settlement: I contacted the company and filed a report. I wish for the property mananger to be warned about her racial comments and advised not to be unprofessional when dealing with her employees because residents can over hear her conversations and she has an impact on the community. I would like her to be terminated because it would make me more comfortable with where I live. I am mexican so I do take offense to her choice of words and it makes me upset that she threatens her workers.
