My name is Kyle A***, I am the Customer Service Manager at Pinnacle Products International, IncWe received a complaint concerning a *** Kerosene HeaterOur Customer Service Team Lead spoke with the customer 12/22/14, the customer requested to be contacted again after the holiday on 12/29/Our team lead diagnosed the issue with the heater and sent out replacement parts free of charge under the factory warrantyThese parts shipped on 12/29/The customer was going to contact us again if there were further problems with the heaterTo this point we have not been contacted by the customer again
