Pinnacle Payroll Solutions

My experience with Pinnacle has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service is horrible; they ignored the majority of my emails and didn't address any issues I had with their service. I cannot stress enough how awful their customer service is, I've had business relationships with a number of organizations, and Pinnacle is, by far, the least responsive.

They made a number of mistakes, including forgetting to send me payroll reports for 2 periods in a row and calculating manual checks without paying the taxes for those checks (which cost us over $100 in penalties and which I brought to their attention multiple times over many months and was completely ignored). I only had contact with the Monterey, CA office, but I'd strongly advise anyone looking for a payroll solution to look elsewhere.
