If you are moving a huge household that can fill an entire tractor trailer, then the big companies may be OK With a small load - well, just a nightmare I was told that my items may be loaded, off-loaded and re-loaded as many as or times to complete a move out of state, not to mention that delivery of my furniture could take anywhere between to days! Not with Pinnacle - they committed to a direct move with delivery the following day They arrived on time, got to work immediately, completed the mile drive, and were sitting in front of my new home in less than hours ready to off-load Everything was put in place, put back together to my satisfaction And not one item was damaged in the move! These guys are phenomenal and I would highly recommend them for any short or long distance move! They turned my worst fears into a very positive experience

I was told that my items may be loaded, off-loaded and re-loaded as many as 3 or 4 times to complete a move out of state, not to mention that delivery of my furniture could take anywhere between 5 to 20 days! Not with Pinnacle - they committed to a direct move with delivery the following day. They arrived on time, got to work immediately, completed the 750 mile drive, and were sitting in front of my new home in less than 24 hours ready to off-load. Everything was put in place, put back together to my satisfaction. And not one item was damaged in the move! These guys are phenomenal and I would highly recommend them for any short or long distance move! They turned my worst fears into a very positive experience.
