INVOICE WE RECEIVED FOR SOMETHING WE DID NOT ORDER.
We received an INVOICE for *** Lotion Soap in the amount of $242.00. This was supposedly ordered in November of 2019. This is the first INVOICE we have received. We do not and never have done business with Pinnacle Medical Supply in Dallas, TX; nor have we ever ordered this product. Today I attempted to reach out to this company and the telephone is not in service.

Received an invoice for product never ordered and never received.
ACS received an invoice for the amount of $138.00 on June 11th for "3000 pack of Sanitizing Wipes" from Pinnacle Supply Corp. ACS does not order from outside vendors and has never ordered from this company. The order date was supposedly 1/30/19, shipped 1/30/2019, and delivered 2/2/19. The tracking number provided shows a package delivered to a P.O. Box in St. Louis, MO. ("PO Box
SAINT LOUIS, MO XXXXX", USPS tracking number: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX) But no other information or exact address given. The business address given goes to a PhysicalAddress.com location (Address: 99 Wall Street. Ste. #1480, New York, NY XXXXX. FEIN: XX-XXXXXXX. Email: [email protected]. Phone: 1-212-537-9289. ACS did not nor has ever purchased from this company and this is a scam.

This company is claiming that we owe them for #3000, sanitizing skin wipes. We do not use this company, we do not use this product. They have a collection recovery company wanting $240.00 payment from us. I have called and left voice mail wanting a copy of the invoice, how it was shipped and who signed off on product. It does not appear to be an actual company.

Received two different invoices for two of our companies. Two different addresses are listed for Pinnacle Medical Supply. One as *** N *** Rd, Ste XXX-XXX, Melbourne, FL XXXXX and another listed as XXXXX *** Rd, Ste *** Dallas TX XXXXX. They list different products sent on the two invoices for the different companies, but list the same tracking number on both invoices. When you do a search on the addresses listed, they are for companies that do mail services and offer mail boxes. It appears SOMEONE is paying for mail boxes in different locations, have a 800# to appear to be a real business, and mail out fraudulent invoices to medical companies in hopes companies will pay the bill. One invoice is $242 and the other is $282.
