Their sales department makes multiple fraudulent claims:
- it turns out that they simply resell phone cases made by another company, CaseMe, but triple the price of the phone case that can be found elsewhere;
- they claim that the phone case is made of genuine leather, even though it is synthetic;
- the product I received was defective - the magnet does not close the case
- they ask to file the paperwork to get the product returned but never respond to this paperwork once it is submitted.

Their site states they offer 24hr customer service and that is a flat out lie.
Do not order from this company.
I received an item over their website. The day I received it, it broke the next day. I could not find a phone number to call to find out how to send back? So I emailed them multiple times since May 16th trying to send item back and get a refund? They will not respond and I do not know how to handle and get my money back. I have all the appropriate order number and photos if needed
I wish I never ordered from this company. I ordered a new band, cover and screen protector and they sent the wrong size and didn't even send the tempored glass screen protector! They promise two day shipping which was a lie, but they take your money immediately. I have sent many many emails to them trying to get it corrected with no response. Their site even says they respond quickly!! That again was a lie. This company is crap and should not be allowed to do business due to thievery. They didn't send me what I ordered.
I purchased an apple watch case on April 7th. I ordererd the case from this site because it claimed it would be delivered within 2 business days. I did not receive the product until April 26th. Upon arrival, the case is clearly counterfeit and it is damaged. I immediately contacted their customer service and got no response. I have emailed two of their emails a total of 5 times. I wanted a replacement because I thought maybe they could make this right. However, I do not think this is a real company at all. I want a full refund at the very least.
This company is horrible, promises 2 day shipping and only after trying to cancel my order through PayPal do they ship the item almost two weeks later. I sent the 5 emails all with no response, which is the only way to reach the company. Needless to say I will never use this company again. The company should be run out of business! After all I was just looking for a response.
Company is horrible run away from buying any of their products, ordered watch cover they got money out of account instantly, 10 days went by emailed asking for tracking # 12 days into got tracking number that wasn’t valid. Emailed again no reply ! Finally another tracking number saying nothing emailed again no reply, got another tracking number saying it was still at shipping facility after 3weeks another tracking number saying it would arrive on the 27th of this month.STILL NOTHING FROM THE COMPANY AT ALL, posted comment on their Facebook page and within in 10 minutes it was removed !!! HORRIBLE COMPANY if product ever shows and is not right gonna mark it up as a loss not dealing with scams and crooks and that is who is running this POS company
I ordered an Apple Watch cover, 16 days later received my order defective. The shipping process was supposed to take 2 days. There was supposed to be tracking access, it was never available. I tried while waiting for my item to arrive many time to reach them by email. They never responded. There is no phone number available on their website. Once I again several times to email them on how to proceed to get a refund and again no response. The item was $50 and cannot be used.
Item never delivered, emails never answered, phone calls are routed to full mailbox. Tracenumber for an item shows different item for a different customer in OH. Every email is unansvered.
I should have looked this company up before. Such a SCAM. Took my money, I have not heard any communication from them concerning my product. Paypay ought to stop servicing their transactions. Don't do business.
