We will be out this week to evaluate the dead plantings. Furthermore, we will install replacements within the next two weeks for the home owner

We had called [redacted], the home owner, first thing this morning before seeing this dispute.  We had told him that will be on the property today, June 6th, to get a final list for what needs to be replaced / covered under the warranty and that we will be back tomorrow, June 7th to install the...

replacements.  As of right now we are planning on honoring this arrangement we discussed over the phone earlier today.
