Horrible service. The guy that came out didn't know how to fix the problem. So instead of helping us he sat out in front of our house waiting for someone else from the company to come, which no one ever did. I did get a phone call stating their best guess was we needed a new pump. I asked for them to get us a bid and I didn't hear anything for weeks. The office finally called me asking if the issue had been resolved and if they could close out the account. I said that it hadn't been resolved and I was still waiting on a bid from them. It was Friday and she promised me she would get things going on this first thing Monday morning. The next thing I get months later is a nasty invoice in the mail stating that my bill has been overdue for months and to send in payment. They had even charged me extra for the time their employee sat in his truck waiting for someone else to help. I am so displeased with this company and have no faith in their services or follow through. Will never be using them again.
