Pinnacle Lake Tahoe Getaways

Review: I booked a 2-night/3-day cabin rental through Pinnacle back in August 2014. On the second day, the toilet on the 2nd Floor had a leakage causing a same flood on the second floor and water seeped into the 1st Floor. Pinnacle was prompt with sending a crew to address the mess (Fixing the plumbing and leaving towels on the floor). Due to this incident, some of my belongings got soaked in water. Pinnacle informed me to wait from them to hear about the Owner's insurance claim. I provided an itemized list, to no avail.In addition to the plumbing leak incident, Pinnacle falsely advertised a hot tub when it was clearly inoperable. They even had a paper on the actual hot tub stating this tub is only to soak in only.Desired Settlement: Promptly address the insurance claim and not put this in the back burner.
