In regards to this complaint, Ms [redacted] made the reservation on the WEB as indicated on one of the attachmentsShe had to agree to the terms twice while making the reservation or she would not have been able to complete the transactionMs [redacted] chose the Advance Purchase rate which is a lower rate bit is charged immediately and is not refundableThose are the terms she had to agree to in order to make this reservation.We have spoken to Ms [redacted] at our property and have offered to move her reservation to another date but we will not be refunding her credit cardWe contacted IHG and asked them to email us a copy of Ms [redacted] reservation confirmation that was sent to herThis is included with this email as well If you have any further questions, you may reach me at 765-420-or by email at sf [redacted] @hicclaf.com Susan F [redacted] General Manager
