My wife and I were approached in our neighbohood by Pinnacle energy for a free estimateWe scheduled the appointment with Eric Lsales rep and estimator he was very knowledable about the window and positive capablity in comparision to the competitorsThe downfall to the orgainzation is the shotgun approach when it comes to agreeing to the installationYou are not provided a itemized breakout of the cost per window and fee for installtionAlso you are not walked through the installtion process so you are no aware of exactly what the process intails You are told everythign will completed in day and you get a rate whihc they state is a discounted rateSince I am military they stated they are miliatary firendly organization so they would provide an additonal discountAfter signing the contract I started realizing I signed a contract without any of the key cost attributes to ensure I had better udenrstanding on what I was paying for; now I am locked into a contract
