I paid in full for 5 dog training classes $110. (22.50 each) Only received 3 classed the business had to close because of the corona virus pandemic. I understand and accept that, however I did not receive 2 classes. I asked for a refund from *** the owner to which she said, she would email me things to work on with my dog. I said I could do that for free on-line, I am paying for in person classes. I asked for either a credit of 2 classes to be given at a later date after the corona virus scare, or send me a $45 refund. She said the website clearly states that no refunds are given if you don't attend classes. I would understand this if I chose not to attend, but the business closed so I could not attend. She refused to either credit me 2 classes or provide a refund. I tried calling her, and her final response to me was if I wanted my money back I should sue her.
