Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Basically this gentleman is saying "you have to prove that you don't owe us money," when they have yet to provide any proof that I ever had an account or any services with themInnocent until proven guilty, so show me the proofOtherwise, what's to stop a company from sending bills to a thousand random people and then selling off these invalid accounts to collectors? The onus of proof is on the company claiming a debt and no such proof has been providedShow me a contractShow me a billShow me a phone number I used with ***Show me a piece of paper with my signature on itYou won't be able to, because never in my life have I been a *** customerThis claim is fraudulent and invalid.Good day

Pinnacle Credit Services, LLC ("Pinnacle") owns the account number ending in [redacted], having acquired it on December 20, 2013. Resurgent Capital Services LP ("Resurgent") is the servicer of the account owned by Pinnacle, and began servicing it on April 18, 2016. As of the date of this communication, the account balance is $1,619.22. Please review the following account information: 1. This account originated on January 15, 2010 with [redacted]. 2. This account charged off on December 19, 2010 with a balance of $1,619.22. 3. No payments have been received on this account since Pinnacle acquired it in December 2013. 4. Enclosed are bill statements and an account summary on file for this account. All ownership rights in this account were transferred to Pinnacle when this account was purchased from the previous creditor. Those include the right to collect on the account and report to the consumer reporting agencies (also known as “credit bureaus”) in the event that the account is eligible for credit reporting. Currently, Pinnacle is not reporting the account to the major consumer reporting agencies as a request to delete the Pinnacle tradeline was submitted to the three major consumer reporting agencies on or about March 2017 due to the expiration of the permissible reporting period. The multiple electronic disputes that Mr. [redacted] submitted through one or more consumer reporting agencies were received. A response was provided in a timely manner that provided the agency with information relevant to his dispute. Mr. [redacted]’s letter asserts that Pinnacle “re-ages” accounts. Please be advised that for purchased debt, the consumer reporting agencies use the “Open Date” field only to reflect the date that the account was purchased. The “Open Date” is not used in calculating the seven-year period that derogatory information remains on a credit report. Rather, it is the “Date of First Delinquency” that the consumer reporting agencies use for determining the start of the seven-year reporting period. The “Date of First Delinquency” for this account is June 19, 2010. A request to delete the Pinnacle tradeline was submitted to the consumer reporting agencies in March 2017. Resurgent has reviewed the allegation in Mr. [redacted]’s inquiry that the above referenced account was discharged in bankruptcy. Our records indicate that this account was opened after Mr. [redacted]’s bankruptcy was filed, and therefore was not included in his bankruptcy. Our records indicate that we received a notice from Mr. [redacted] requesting that we cease communication with him to this office on January 11, 2017. When such a request is received by our office, we place a restriction on the account so that no further contact is made to the customer. If Mr. [redacted] believes that this account was previously paid or satisfied in full, please advise him to provide us a copy of the offer letter, cancelled check(s), and/or confirmation of payment in full. In addition, if Mr. [redacted] has any correspondence to/from the previous creditors concerning his dispute and/or bankruptcy, please forward it to: Compliance Department or Fax: 866-[redacted] MS [redacted] Attn: Compliance P.O.
