Hello,My name is [redacted] The original email from Mr [redacted] was brought to my attention by another employee here, *** [redacted] also replied to Mr [redacted] and apologized for the reply he received as it was unacceptableWe are also sending out a few replacements of the four foot cable that Mr [redacted] was expecting.Sorry about this Mr [redacted] This is not how your first experience with us should've went and I hope you can accept our apology

We have decided to go forward with the Revdex.com complaint. We will not move forward with small claims court unless the complaint has concluded with no refund.
