There could be any number of reasons for having one's car towed; and I can't think of one that is pleasant. The number one reason, probably, your car broke down, your in a traffic accident, you parked in a no parking zone, your car is being repossessed or you are moving!
Over the past several years, four years, to be exact. Had the necessity of needing a tow service. Most of these reasons were for an mechanical error. However, on two seperate occasions I paid out of my own pocket.
I was always treated with the utmost restpect and dignity. The driver was always neat in apperance and well spoken. On one occasion, the technician, had unhooked the car not in a position I had requested. Without hesitation and in a polite and friendly manner, he was more than happy to reposition the automobile.
I would never hesitate to call or recommend the service to others.
