Review: I am very upset that I had to pay for my own return shipping especially since this is an online based business where customers cannot try clothes on becfore they purchase them. This company should definitely offer a free return/exchange system like most other companies do. I don't think I've ever had to pay for return shipping before I used this company!Desired Settlement: I would like to see them offer free returns/exchanges to their customers.
