If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!!! We did that shady deal where they buy your house and then rent it out and basically get you out of your mortgage paymentWhen we were negotiating, Monica told me it would be to years before the house would be soldWe knew we weren't buying a house in that time so it didn't bother usWell it's been FIVE YEARS and they have no end date!! They said it will be atleast more years but there are no promisesAnd we got turned down for a new loan from [redacted] and a couple other lenders! Also if you got the VA loan, it takes from your total allotted amountIt's a horrible deal, don't listen to them, they WILL SCREW YOU!! Don't be young and naive like us!! Apparently according to the contract anything said in person means nothing so they can SAY ANYTHING!!
