Pink House

Review: I've been a customer at pink house before but I never expected this could happen with them. On 11/**/14 about 5:15pm I went there to buy a shirt for $135.00. That night when I got home I notice it was damaged so I brought it back to them the very next day on 11/**/14!Then the store staff was very rude. Yelled at me saying we will never refund u pointing to a small sign saying no refunds. I felt like I was scammed! I bought a damaged product and when I was paying for it they never told me it was a no refund policy and I didn't see that small sign saying no refunds the biggest issue was the product I bought was damaged!!! Plus the tag was cut off. I asked why did they cut off the tags on the shirts they told me all products from china is like this!? They couldn't even settle for a exchange! I feel like this is very bad business practice especially when a returning customer bought a damaged product and returning it the very next day!Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded I still have the shirt and receipt.
