Pink Flamingo Landscaping

Review: In October of 2013 I hired Pink Flamingo Landscaping to re-do my front and side yard, I was told my the owner [redacted] that it would take six weeks to complete, as of today May 20, 2014 the project still isn't completed. The two wooden gates and the wooden deck they built are of terrible quality and workmanship. Several of the wood planks are splitting, warping and not completing stained. Additionally, the owner did not heed to the directions on the stain so it bled all over my newly stuccoed privacy wall, leaving dark brown streaks down the light yellow stucco. The owner told me all kinds of stories about why it happened and that he contacted the manufacturer [redacted], and talked to their scientists to find out why this happened, I read the application directions myself and they are straightforward, to the point and easy to understand. It's obvious [redacted] didn't read them because if he had this wouldn't have happened. He always has an excuse. I talked to my stucco contractor who I put [redacted] in touch with so the correct product and application was used. Much to my dismay, the streaks were not totally covered up and now have light yellow streaks on the wall. More excuses from [redacted] and more complaining about how much this is costing him. He is a smooth talker and seems to have an answer for everything, but it's just a smokescreen. I would not support this business with a Revdex.com endorsement - it gives your organization a bad image and name.Desired Settlement: I request a $5,000.00 refund to pay to have my stucco contractor correct the problem. It's obvious that [redacted]/Pink Flamingo do not have the knowledge, skills or workmanship to complete the project with quality results.
