Review: Pink dragonfly photography was contracted for my sister's wedding for 3 events in Virginia. The wedding was in march, 2012. Despite contacting the photographer who I believe is also the business owner via email/ phone/ text messages numerous times by my sister the photographer have not fulfilled the contract. Every time she comes up with a new excuse, lost in mail, health issues, family issues. She have not been truthful in her responses as to why we have not received the promised products by every deadline we gave her. We are very frustrated and want to seek legal actions against her.Desired Settlement: We want everything she promised in the contract including photobook, cd and album by the final deadline she is given which is 10/**/203.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Pink Dragonfly Photography regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The photograps are sent in the printed form and also in usb however the photobook is still missing. Its seems that its in progress but due to our past experience with her I dont want to withdraw the complaint until I have everything she promised in my hands.
