Never received product that we purchasedWe have paid invoices and records showing money was sent and receivedProduct was never delivered and we are requesting a full refund

I am so disappointed in this company and the employees I was working with Jack as my consultant and got product late and did not get products at all then I talked to Jack supervisor on today and he's claiming that the products was on backorder well it was not told to me when I purchase a product but you charge me for product anyway that you don't even have so I'm asking for a refund I'm needing to send the products back to you all so I can get my money back

So disappointingWhen I had a question about ordering they responded almost immediately Now that I'm trying to reach them because I never received my $order they are not responding at all! Seriously don't give them your money!
