we received a phone call from *** on 8-after our initial complaint on 8-23.We explained we would like our adoption fee returned she said she didn't have the authority to issue a refund and would turn it over to their " Board"As of this date we have not
heard from PawsI do not understand how she can say they have handled the complaint
