I'd like to make it known that I'm only satisfied with this outcome as I was contacted by one of the remaining staff members present at the time of the change from Elements Mental Health to Pinehaven Youth and Family ServicesFor some reason, the individuals that I've never seen or dealt with before knew little to nothing about my case despite being told repeatedly and asked for follow upSo, my satisfaction is not necessarily with Pinehaven Youth & Family but with somebody that was there prior to the name change
