I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I realize the gutters need cleaned out but that doesn't have anything to do with the way the down spout was put in on the front. See attachment. I spoke to several contractors and they said the way it was put on is the reason when it rains it's like a waterfall at my front door.

In the winter the gutters were backing up so I called this company. I left several messages and he never called me back.Desired Settlement: I would just like an apology and a fix..
