Pine Winds Apartments

This is not a a family environment as advertise by staff. There are many disturbances including gang activity, drugs, theft, people openly drinking alcohol, high speeds throughout the parking area, and paper thin walls. The apartment kitchens is very outdated including appliances. The flooring is cheap and paint wipes off when you go to clean tphe wall. The office has no patience for children and will dismiss them from their presence especially in the supposed Clubhouse area. We try to stay in after 8pm. ","neg-1
