September 2nd, our maintenance man went to her apartment and sprayed it.Two weeks later she contacted us to let us know that she was still seeing a few bugs so we made up another work order and head our maintenance man go to her unit for a follow-up treatment.After that treatment in mid-September we have not received any further calls from the tenant regarding the problem.  Had she contacted us we would have taken further action, however, we cannot take care of what we do not know about.If the tenant needs further work done on her apartment, it is her responsibility to contact the apartment office at which point we will take the necessary steps to deal with her problem.
