Pine Cone Acre Motel

Review: Made a reservation at this motel in May, 2013 for July 2 to 8th, 2013 for two persons,booking ref 45161768W. The next day I booked another room for one person, July 2 to 6th, 2013. They charged my credit card for both on 4/29/13 and 5/1/13, respectively. I cancelled the second reservation (for $380.00) a few days before 7/2/13. My wife and I stayed there as planned from 7/2/13 to 7/8/13. At the desk they said they would refund theother reservation (7/2/13 to 7/6/13) but have not done so and I cannot reach them by phone.I contacted Mastercard re the $380.00 charge, but they were unable to contact the motel despite repeated attempts. So, I am still owed a $380.00 refund but cannot reach these people. Their phone number is ###-###-####. Can you help me get my refund?Desired Settlement: Payment of $380.00 from the motel.

Review: I stayed there in June 2013 and we were charged $176.00 for a 2 night stay, that was fine. My credit card statement showed we were charged two more times for $182.00 (total $364.00). I have repeatedly called and no one returns my calls.Desired Settlement: credit my credit card $364.00
