Pursuant to your letter dated September 7, regarding complaint ID #***, have addressed the following issues:Air conditioner was promptly serviced and coolingStorm door to balcony was working fine when she moved in - no actiontaken yet (I believe herson tore screen with bicycle)
Bathroom sink leak has been repairedRoaches/bed bugs - None present in unit or entire building before shemoved in; but I contacted *** Pest Control within a few days of her occupancy to thoroughly spray her apartment immediately as well as other five units in building and to continue regular service.She still occupies unit and has refused to pay rent for SeptemberI believe I have addressed all her maintenance requests in a prompt manner and expect promptpayment of rent.hope this resolves this complaint.Charles *P***, Jr
