Find someone who has a license and is certified. I got a quote from these guys and agreed to his price for painting my house. Two weeks later he shows up, calls me on the phone, and says he doesn't want to do the job and to call someone else. He was stopped by a code enforcement officer to see what he was doing. The job requires no permit. But it sure got him all scared. He instantly drove away. So that only leaves him being unlicensed and not certified as to why someone would do that. Complete waste of time.
