Purchased a pool vacuum and it didn't work, went to return the next day and instead of refunding my credit card was charged again for another vacuumWhen realized the next day what happened I called the store and they said they issued a full refund and I could pick up a receipt at the store and expect the refund on my card in 3-daysToday I picked up my receipt and when asked about the status of the refund was told it would take 17-daysI contacted my card holder and was told it wouldn't take that long and nothing had been issued yetI contacted the store again and was told they submitted it and no matter what I said they said it would take 17-daysI'm very dissatisfied about the vacuum not working, instead of refunding they charged my card again, and their reluctance to refund my money within a timely fashion
