Pinball PA advertises gift certificate on their website for admission to their arcade. I purchased a gift certificate for an individual all day admission for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift this past holiday. I received an email confirming the order and later received an email confirming that the payment was processed and the order was finalized. The physical gift certificate was supposed to come in the mail but I never received anything. I have since tried to contact the business through multiple outlets on their website, including their “live chat” and by filling out the form on the “contact us” page on their website. I received an automated email confirming that they received my request for information and that a customer service representative would be in touch, but I never received any further information. My boyfriend tried to contact them by calling two different numbers that they list on their website, but he could not get ahold of anyone. He left a message but has yet to get any response.
We at Pinball Pa have received the complaint and I, Zakk A manager of this fine establishment, have taken the following measures to rectify the situation with *** After multiple calls to the number left on the complaint, I finally received a response from the customer's companion; the boyfriend mentioned in her statement. I then spoke with the dispirited duo, despondent from deficient just deserts, while demoralized at our apparent lack of due diligence, and I had explained how many gift certificates were reportedly lost. Therefore, we were ta***g any and all steps to redress the wrongs leveled at our prodigious place of alluring amusements. When I explained this to them, I added how their certificate would be duly duplicated and sent to the address left with Revdex.com's customer information. When they offered no refutation to this satisfactory solution, their replacement was in the mailbox that very night. Calling *** after a week had passed, I left a voicemail inquiring on the state of her restored investment, and have since received no further communication from the (assumedly) contented customer. This leads us at Pinball Pa to believe that *** has obtained her begotten bounty and any issues brought to the Revdex.com have been clarified.
