We try diligently to respond to all our customers concerns, unfortunately we do have some customers that will receive mail from us that wasn’t removedWe had no customer under *** *** listed however we did have a *** *** which could be the explanation for the current mailings if the
request only came in for *** and not *** as wellsince the customer stated we have requested, we have removed the address from our mailing list

On 7/11/16 [redacted] had her vehicle towed in with a check engine light, when scanned a code [redacted] was present (Post Catalyst too lean) according to the [redacted] Technician he found a mass flow air sensor not reading properly upon inspection so it was replaced. The vehicles catalytic conventor was...

inspected visually underneath as that is only visible. The flex pipe was inspected as well and was found falling apart, the customer was informed of the needed repair and the was approved to be replaced. The customer was also informed of the front brakes and their status as well and they were also worked on. The vehicle was road tested and no codes returned. On 8/11/16 [redacted] returned for an oil change and had another check engine light on. When scanned the vehicle came up with a different code P0420 ( catalyst system efficiency below threshold) the service advisor spoke with the customer and explained the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. [redacted] expressed her concern of the repair has she was in 30 days before but was explained that the repairs done before were for a different code, taken in to consideration we replaced the part at no labor cost to the customer and the part was discounted as well. We also replaced the mass air flow sensor again just to make sure it wasn't faulty as well. The customer was only responsible for the catalytic converter at discount pricing and the oil change that day. [redacted] hasn't called or visited the dealership with any concerns up until 02/02/17 when she returned with another check engine code P2096( Post catalyst too lean) and P0011 (Cam shaft variable valve timing solenoid) when customer called she stated that she went to another repair facility and had them look at it. The Service Advisor requested for customer to bring in documents to be reviewed and upon arrival she stated she forgot them. Upon further inspection of the vehicle the mechanic noticed that the flex pipe gasket was to small from the one that was replaced back on 7/11/16 and we replaced the gasket free of charge. No other repairs were approved or done at this time.The repairs done to [redacted] vehicle was explained in detail and we went the distance in assisting her with the expense of the repairs. The service department tries to remedy all customer concerns to the best of human abilities, but can only repair what is present. Wile [redacted] strives to be the best at customer service and have been doing so since 1956, with respect to all customer no matter gender or age.
