To whom it may concern,The aforementioned customer has intentionally misrepresented the facts about the services rendered. Pilot Air corrected the issue on the first attempt and the subsequent return visits were nuisance calls. The customer was never charged for a Thermostat. The
owner, Kevin M***, graciously gave the customer a free thermostat. The $charge was for the after hour service only. The home was maintaining degrees which is what the thermostat was set on. The customer did not understand why the air was not hot coming out of the supply registers. The outdoor temperature was around degrees; therefore, equipment cycle times are increased and air temperature is decreased.
