I met with the customer at her home on Saturday May 20th 2017.I once again explained the process of my service to the customer and reminded her that I told her when we first met that it was to see some caterpillars between visits.I further reminded her of my guarantee That is that if
after a few days pass from the second (of two) treatment, as long as I have been paid for the first two sprays, I will gladly respray the entire property at no charge I also expressed my strong desire to do right by her and asked that I might continue servicing her property.However, Ms *** said all she really wanted was a refund I refunded her money at that time
