Review: This in reference to Pilgrim Cleaners #24 Savage MN [redacted];

On 1-11-16 I picked up my shirts from cleaners upon unpacking shirts at home I noticed 1 of my dress shirts had a large chemical stain. I took back and dropped off with cleaners and was told Jamie would call me "tomorrow"

Since then I have a talked with her staff 3x time in last 3 weeks and left email to her with NO response.

This is not the first incident with Jamie 2 years ago 1 pair of pants went missing and she responded the same way - no return calls or any attempt to rectify.Desired Settlement: Replacement of shirt and return of original shirt.
