Pike's Towing Service llc

I had towing service scheduled through [redacted] and Pike's Towing stated that [redacted] canceled, but [redacted] stated Pike's canceled. I was stranded.
I spoke to [redacted] who advised me that [redacted] canceled the towing service, I asked [redacted] to stay on the line while I called [redacted] to confirm and she disconnected. I called several times, and the company sent me to voicemail. Before calling [redacted] I was advised by [redacted] that Pike's was in route to me and that they should be there in 20 minutes. I filed my claim at 12:37am and was given an ETA of 1:37am, they did not arrive, I called and called and called, and they did not answer the phone until I finally got in touch with [redacted] to advise me of the above. Compensation for the wait and for breaking the promise would be appreciated it but since I know that's not going to happen, all I can do is go on a campaign on social media and let my thousands of friends in the middle GA area know not to do conduct business with Pike's Towing.

Best towing company ever they are friendly and the young man that changed my tire last night was so polite
