On 10/17/I paid Pikes Peak Heating & Cooling $for a maintenance agreement #*** I have called the Black Forest #*** but it is no longer in service Today I went to the *** office and it was locked I knocked on the door several times but no reply The maintenance agreement called for annual heating and AC checks plus other discounts Of which we have received none A ***was the tech who sold me the policy
