In response the complaint. On July 20, our tech installed a hydromatic VApump inside the resident. On August 17, our tech installed a hydromatic VAoutside the resident in a sump pit. The pump he removed from outside was a Menard's brand pump. We cannot
warranty pumps we do not supply. The two hydromatic pumps we supplied can be warrantied(three year for pump and one year for switch). Feel free to contact our shop with any other questions
We are sorry the customer feels this way but we stand firm with our previous response
I am rejecting this response because: This is simply not true. He not only calls clients names he also is lying. I just cant believe it. This part should not have been replaced. There should only have been a charge for labor for 1 hr 40 minutes but he just wants to pocket money off of senior citizens.
Our tech was at the client's house for a no heat call. He states that the client was with him the whole time he was there and he explained what he was doing. The fan was running all the time so he disconnected the low voltage wiring from the furnace and tried starting it without...
it. Fan still ran. So he troubleshot the problem as being the control board was bad. That was a 2 hour charge. We had to order the control board and had to make a second trip to install control board. Once the control board was installed the furnace ran. Then he hooked up the t-stat and it would not kick on the furnace. So he replaced the t-stat also. This was another 2 hour charge plus cost of parts. Customer paid the bill but then complained that we put on an unnecessary part. So the owner then called him back to discuss this with the customer. The owner offered to come out and put the old control board back on the furnace and see if it would run with the new t-stat but was told no by the customer. He also understands that he should of not of lost his temper with the customer. As previously stated the customer was there with the tech during diagnoses and approved us to order the new control board and was there when we install the control board.
