reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:no I had to call the shop repeated amount of times to get a response. Furthermore I was without a car for 1 week! The only person they would put to talk to me was paula. Sge gave me false information about the progress of my car. I have received my truck back and there is property missing from my truck I have called the shop twice left a message with paula and still have not got a call back!
