After our manager reviewed the pictures and customer statement, order *** for Baytril was shipped again to the customer's address without any cost to him and with our full apologieswe do understand that things like this could happen, the shipping company lost the products inside the package

Review: A defective product was sent to me, outside of its original packaging and was unviable for use. Commonly was contacted, they responded late on multiple occasions and was called by an individual named [redacted] and chastised over the phone and email multiple times for attempting to obtain my rights as outlined by company policies and agreements made over the phone.
It has been a few weeks now with no resolution and the last message received was a threat to disconnect any communications and basically leave me with no resolution and loss of money and more importantly, loss of animals due to negligence by the company. The product purchased was to be used for a large volume of pets and have had sickness and illness develop to the point where they are near death.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund me all charges on my credit card immediately.

Hi, I don't understand this case. We never denied anything to you. You dealt with me personally, I am [redacted]. You mentioned that you are not happy with your product, that the product arrived in bad condition. I informed you to send back the product and that we would refund the money of your order or send you another product, which ever you wanted. You said that you did not have money or time to send the product back. I told you to fill out the refund form on the online store, and the company would send you the label so you would not have to pay for the shipping and would not have to come out of your pocket, and send the product back. I am still waiting for you to fill out the form. I am asking you for a third time, please fill out the returned form so we can send you the label and we can do things right.Sincerely, [redacted].

Hi, I don't doubt you or anyone, it is possible that the product that you got was defected. What do you want, a complete refund of your money and also keep the product? Please fill out the refund form, and that way we will send you a a return label, so you don't have to pay for the shipping. Once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund of your order. Once again. We are at step one. I only have a tablet. My tablet does not allow me to submit a full RMA FORM. Second, I told you to take the product back and send me a new one. Why would I want a refund plus keep the defective product? If you were sincere, we would not have to wait more than 3 weeks to resolve the issue, especially after you talk to me like I'm a low life. That's not the way to treat the customer.
