Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I had to personally call the day my vehicle was scheduled to be ready to pick up to have any knowledge of the delay. I was not given a time frame for the part to arrive or the vehicle repairs to be finished after being told about the delay. I never received a phone call or any other form of communication from the business during any of this. I had to personally call every so many days to receive any type of knowledge about the work which was to be done. [redacted] put an up charge on the part to be UPS to the business. I was forced to pay this up charge after paying in full for the part, shipping, and work on my vehicle. After receiving my vehicle I had a loud grinding noise coming from the rear of my vehicle (which I had just had the business repair.) I had to personally fix it after it just came from the business. I did, however, receive my old parts and a warranty for the new part (which I had to return for.) When I returned to the business to receive a copy of the warranty for the part that was replaced by the business, Clarence P[redacted] informed me that "I shouldn't give you anything because you turned me in to the Revdex.com." Then 2 days later Mathew P[redacted] messaged me on Facebook about this same thing.
Regards,
