This is my response to the complaint filed by *** ***He hired us to do some asphalt and sealing at his parents homeHe had put on a deck and there was a set of stairs that he wanted asphalt underI told him to do the job correctly, I would remove the stairs and the stringers, so I
could put asphalt under them and be able to give it the correct gradeHe opted for us not to remove them and to work around themIt was difficult to get a good grade for the asphalt and we were not able to get a good compact on it, because of the stairs being there.We went back a couple weeks after the job was complete and raised it a littleHe was very happy with the jobHe then called me and told me that it wasn’t wide enough and wanted us to come back againI explained to him, that we did what we agreed onThat I was to come out to the crack and blend it in, which I did The total job was $ ($for the patch and $for the seal coating)

This is the area where they clearly do not have an 8 x 8 area removed and redone to what I asked and was agreed with the owner of the park as my witness  to entire quote  was not done to my satisfaction at all not once did I say I was happy about the job I am disgusted with this I now have to pay a reliable company to come and fix
