Also if the company has known of this issue since may to date now in Dec the issue has not been addressed. I have reviewed this transaction file and spoke to the parties involved. We ran credit/ submitted for lender approvals based on the customers request and the credit reporting agencies will not remove the inquiries as they were legitimate.

I have reviewed Ms. [redacted] file and spoke to the parties involved. She brought her vehicle back in, we loaned her another vehicle to use while we checked it out in our Service Department. The brakes had allot of pad left on them and the check engine light was being triggered because the...
spark plugs needed to be replaced which we took care of for her. While we have the letter from her bank saying that they were going to be giving us another $500, we have not received those funds and as soon as we do we are happy to reimburse her the additional amount.
Her vehicle is ready to pick up and we are more than willing to help her look for a replacement vehicle if she wants to trade the [redacted] for something she prefers. Our Manager Joe V[redacted] has the key and has left a message to arrange a time to meet.

I reviewed this issue with our staff. Once of our Managers knows Mrs. [redacted] and her father personally and recalls the transaction very well. They did got through the CarFax as she says and she was aware at the time that the vehicle had been in a previous accident. That said it sounds like...
the dealer she recently went to attempted to devalue the trade and justify why they should give her less than it is worth.
We are happy to help her exchange the vehicle that suits her current needs and assuming she was able to re establish her credit profile we can hopefully also get her a more favorable loan at the same time. Our Manager is reaching out to her now to discuss what options are available.

Mrs. [redacted] purchased a vehicle late May and we paid off the amount we thought she owed. It came to our attention around 45 days later that Wells Fargo needed another $61.85 to satisfy the account in full and we cut the check immediately paying off that remaining balance. I have sent...
communication to our Wells Fargo representative to see if Wells Fargo reported any delinquencies during that time period and if so they are going to try and remove them.
