Review: I purchased a used car from pierce chevrolet, they told me it had an extended warranty. And that it would cost $250 to transfer this to me. I trusted my car dealer and signed all of the paperwork. When I got home I found that they had slipped in a non dealer warranty and that it cost me $2500 . I contacted chevrolet [ corporate offices ] they told me they were not responcable for the actions of the dealer on used cars. I contacted the finance company [ wells fargo ] they told me the same. A new chevrolet sonic costs $15800 , with their addon my 2 year old used one cost me $15000. The name of the finance director is [redacted]. buying a car from a dealer should be a good experance. not a rippoff...Desired Settlement: refund the the money to the finance company. get me back to the price I agreed on. this will lower my payment and my insurance rate.
