We have sent our response via e-mail several times. (?) We can assure you the complaint posted with the Revdex.com is baseless.  The complainant has moved without force of any kind.  No "Eviction" exists.  Our service provider openly quotes "kilowatt Charges" to the general public but fails...

to mention all related fees & taxes.  Our park calculates the actual cost of a single kilowatt AFTER all related service fees, taxes, tariffs, 'other' charges & credits,(if any) are tallied and divided.  The complainant wanted us to create a unique 'spreadsheet' for use within her in-house business.  A request the park denied. The park offers a breakdown of all electric utility charges in a similar format as received by the service provided, in full compliance with the statute mentioned within the complaint. This complainant returned from vacation and accused the park of steeling electricity. The entire argument stems from a $30.00 discrepancy over an eight month stay.  The complainant did not complain when the park gave her husband a $150.00 boat propeller for free, nor when her husband would use the park owner's truck for free, nor use copious amounts of park firewood for free, nor would the park receive any complaints from this complainant when her husband smoke-out the park with his endless burning & BBQing!  ...The complainant now resides in another park. The PROBLEM has been resolved.
