I wouldn't rate a complete "0" but close. Contacted Allied first about 2 weeks before we wanted to move. Because we had a small load, they said they use Piepho out of LaCrosse, WI. They called Fran who took all the information from me over the next couple phone calls...contact info, pickup, destination, approximate size, special items...and said he would call back when he could find a truck going in our direction around the time we wanted. No call back for a week. I called him again indicating that no dates or contract had been received and then I barraged with all the same questions as before. He said he would see what truck was coming our way. Waited a day and left a text message...no reply. So I called Allied and spoke with Kathy who said our name was in the system, but no specifics and she would call Fran. Fran called back and actually asked for the pickup and destination AGAIN! I called Kathy back and indicated to her that I didn't think Fran was reliable, she said she would check on it and said Lynn would call/email me the particulars tomorrow. Next day...no call/email so I contacted Lynn who said that nothing was in her system...UNBELIEVABLE since they we supposed to pickup in 4-5 days! I suggested she contact Fran and Kathy to straighten this out and gave her two hours to call me back but she wouldn't take responsibility and hung up on me. Ten minutes later I received an email from Fran stating it would be best to find another carrier and I was dropped from the pickup list. So we had 5 days to find another carrier and we did. [redacted]
