I placed an online for pizzas to be ready at 6pmBy 7pm the pizzas were not readyWhen we finally received the pizzas the order was wrongWith a hungry child and family at home I didn’t have time to wait another hour for them to be remadeI called and complained, the manager Tracy offered me a refundweeks have passed and I have not received that refund and she has not resolved the issue or returned my callIf I could give Pieology zero starts I wouldThe employees did not have the number to other managers or corporate which I find oddNever coming here again!

I enjoy going to pieology and ordering their "pie rise" crust pizzasI can get as many toppings as I want and it's one flat rateThe staff is always friendly and smiling and I get my pizza in less than minutes
