I retained Mrs. Wendy *** to represent me when my wife asked for a divorce and initially saw her mid November 2019. At that time, it was agreed to file a separation agreement which was sent to me 7-10 days later. On my initial visit, I paid $200 cash for the consult fee and another $1500 to file the separation agreement. Shortly thereafter, my wife and I were able to reconcile. As such, the separation agreement was never filed although I did receive a rough first draft via email from Jacquelin *** on November 14, 2019 as mentioned earlier for me to proof and make appropriate amendments.

Given our reconciliation, attorney services were no longer needed so I responded to Jacqueline ***'s email of the 14th asking for a partial refund. In the email, I stated it was certainly appropriate that I pay an reasonable amount for the initial draft of the separation agreement based on her billing fees and for a refund of the balance. I received no reply so I sent several emails, (12/06/2020, 01/07/2020, & 01/11/2020) and received no reply. I then called and spoke to her office 01/23/2020 and asked that she call me back to discuss this. I have received no return phone call.

It appears I have exhausted efforts to speak to her to resolve this and now ask for help from the Revdex.com.
