On February we responded to a call on Beckner RdLexington, N.COur driver accidentally slide off the customers driveway into the yardWhile our driver was getting the truck out of the yard, he accidentally slide against the neighbors fenceI ( Donnie *** ) spoke with the customer to
apologize to him and to see, if we could send someone out to repair his yardThe customer told me that would be greatOn February 21, our company sent someone out to repair the customers yard and also the neighbors fenceThe gentlemen we sent out spoke with Deborah *** to ask, if we could repair her fenceShe then replied and told the gentlemen to leave and that she was going to call her home owners insuranceWe made a attempt to repair the fenceAll though the fence has several damaged areas, we are willing to fix the part of the fence, that our driver damaged as seen in the pictures providedI do apologize for Deborah *** not getting in contact with us, as she was texting to a landline phoneIf Deborah would have called us, we could already have this issue resolvedThank You!
